I wonder what would Jesus think of me today When He saw I saw the wrongs and I turned and walked away It's not my problem nor my place I did not break, our broken race Not color brave nor color blind What will it take...to change a mind The jails are full, the moms are crying We turned our heads...as they lay dieing We point our fingers, THEY ARE TO BLAME! We need a culture shock and a culture shame Imaginary lines, they need erased Change won't come, till truth is faced We've punished the broken and jailed the ill And then we wonder why...they're broken still Families have crumbled as our morals dissolved Can this spiritual illness...ever be solved Lord make us color blind and color brave We never know just who we'll save When we see the wrong and we shine the light We can change our minds, even change our sight Though we did not break our broken race There are problems still we have to face When we see the wrong let's not turn away Help me to live and love like Christ today
